Moe Lester is Good and he got mine done fast. Give him a PM and he might give you a good price. If you go to a car audio shop close to your house they should do it for you but it might cost more. What are you looking for Sealed or ported and what kind of port ? How much space do you have to work with? They are going to need to know this stuff. I have done my own plans in the past but never did a slot port so thats why I went to Moe Lester.
