....a sound deading material that comes in an airosol? I don't have a compressor or a spray gun; witch I've seen some sound deading liquids require.

I can't remember for sure but the name brand Noise Killer comes to mind. Also Rockford Fosgate I believe has a spray can sound deadner. What also may be worth checking out, although I have never heard of it being tried, is using an expandable house hold gap filler that comes in a spray can.... Just an idea though.
