I can't remember for sure but the name brand Noise Killer comes to mind. Also Rockford Fosgate I believe has a spray can sound deadner. What also may be worth checking out, although I have never heard of it being tried, is using an expandable house hold gap filler that comes in a spray can.... Just an idea though.

You're not going to know until you test with a meter. Typically even carpeting a box as opposed to painting is going to lose a few tenths.
