Do You Love 10"s

Has anyway every owned a high RMS system with ten's, if so did they like. Thinking about getting two 10" Fi BL's. I need to get some subs that'll be great with my trunk space. BTW going to be push by a ZX2500.1.

Yeah but some people say you get that 'punchy' sound whatever the f*ck that means. I want bass with less space

on a more serious note i love high powered 10" setups, they just tend to be more expensive, for instance

in my truck im currently running 1 hdc 12, i want to run 2 15's this time around, i would love to run 4 10's but now i need 6k watts instead of 3k, and i have to buy 2 more subs than the 2 15's setup, going to need more batteries which means more 1/0 wire 3k to 6k means 300amp alt... running multiple 10" setup is awesome but it takes $$$ BUT i will say and the difference in the 2 setups would only be 2-3db... 2 15s still has more area than 4 10's, so the only difference is double the wattage,

Been thinking switching up my setup to two high powered 10s to save some space, i've only ran 12s and 15s in the past.

As far as high powered subs though, theres more options when you get to 12s and above. I have a AB500.1 i want to run @ either 1ohm or .5ohm but the problem is i need to find a pair of 10s that will take that kind of power daily, and aren't too pricey (whatever i can sell my current subs for would go towards the 10s)

i never was a huge fan of 10s...they can get loud but never sound as deep as a 12 or 15

a buddy of mine has 4 10" lanzar subs powered by a t5002 (98x rms) and it sounds pretty good...it gets almost as loud as my old pair of hx2s

I built a cavilier with 2 crossfire xs spl 10's and a cadence zrs9000d (aka ab 500.1) and it does a 150+ at 39 hz out of the trunk. and hits just as low as my 15 does. so as for 10's not hitting low, its all in the box. And the car is driven everyday.

iam running a 10w7 with a fusion nvam2500, its seeing about 1200 rms and it gets good and loud and sounds very good as well.

i can get to the high 138s and still have over half of my trunk space and even has
