square 12's are where it's at

i've only owned l5 12's, and they were BADASS

That's what I've heard too but i haven't install them yet because I can't decide what box I should put em in //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

 
I here ya, I guess I would probably be a little paranoid to throw too much power to them to. I had a Planet Audio 2200d for a while but had the gains set kinda low. I never really redlined the L7's. But I here they can handle some wattage. I did pound on my Type X's before I sold them and they took on the 2300w better than I expected.

 
type-x's give nice feedback, tho

they let you know they can handle it, they don't even get pushed out of shape...

the l7's on the other hand, sound like they're gonna jump out of their baskets!!!

they don't, tho, of course, they just get insanely loud

they're built for abuse more than anything
