I disagree. There are plenty of products for sale here that work. That's one of the reason people buy used, is to save money. The risk is what you give for having a cheaper price. But with that said, equipment should work like advertised.
About the only thing I would ever buy here is a box design or similar help from an actual member. I haven't but maybe. Buying gear like a car amp or a used subwoofer from some wigger, who doesn't know an ohm from a volt, is just asking to get scammed. I don't buy watches from the guy on the corner either.

Is there some gear that works? Sure, but most of it doesn't. It was crap to begin with and retards abusing it just makes it worse. Then another retard buys it and blows it up in the first 5 minutes then blames the seller. Either way, this is not likely to make both parties happy. One or both will be unhappy, even without evil intent, and there are plenty of evil fawkers here too.

Used gear is rarely a deal. What's wrong with new from an authorized distributor? It's worked for me. I know I saved lots of money because I only bought once, it worked and I didn't get scammed. Unlike the knuckelheads who constantly buy, trade, sell and never know how to design a decent system. I got a good deal, a warranty and gear that works from a real business owner who pays his bills and didn't lie to me.

Yes Crutchfield, and similar shops are full retail. That's what it means. You guys go thru so much head ache to save $15, only to get screwed in the end. You cheap bastards. Pay the extra $20 and support a real business that wants you as a repeat customer, not a one time sucker.

(not Buck specificaly, just ranting)

ive never bought anything but new so far and most of the time...it wasnt much more expensive than used from here, however i dont swap out systems alot like guys here do..ive had the same sub for 6 years..i wanted another one of the same sub and they unfortunately dont make them the same so if i do want a pair i hafta buy used or ..go in a diff direction soon.. im leanin towards going with a diff sub that is along the lines of the XXX...but not sure which way to go yet to get something like it...

...or a used subwoofer from some wigger, who doesn't know an ohm from a volt...

I think my feedback here speaks for itself.
hey bro i went and bought that CCF you told me about, bought one roll for now and some spray glue..looks like same exact **** as the overkill pro ...thats crazy though lol.. ordering myself some deadner tomorrow before i leave so i can do all my deadning when i get home next week! thanks for sharing that little tip though!

also.. most(not all) of the people saying anything in this thread are regular people who post everyday so i think most of those people...probably are pretty trustworthy it seems for the most part but.. it seems the people who are semi-regulars are the ones who rip people off on here...or people who no ones seen before.
