do these tires fit the wheels

I'm getting some new wheels for my car. The wheels are 17x7.5 and the wheels i want to get are 255/65/17. They tires will fit in the wheel well heighth wise, but will the width be okay. Like will the 255 be okay for the 7.5 ?

depends on the rims and your car. and also the company that manufacters them. i got 195/65/14 on my car and it rubs against my fender
