My additions:

1) Refused to apologize for his discrepancies.
2) Has made threats of legal actions to stop members from talking about his business practices. This included the popular use of the "Skam" audio decal.
3) Has set up multiple business names to try and cover his tracks:

These are used stock, not B-Stock. There is a difference.

B-Stock are brand new sub woofers that fail QC inspection before shipping. B-Stock subwoofers are sold with full warranty and are generally more expensive then used items we sell directly.

Use subwoofers are in fact used and often do not come with original packaging like B-Stock, nor do they come with a warranty when sold.

And on one more note - our B-Stock inventory counts for about 2-3% of total inventory, which at any given time is in the thousand speaker/subwoofer quantity. So as you can see, 2-3% is quite minimal.
