It finally took a sh.t

Dual 4 ohm coils wired to 2 ohms on a single sundown 3000D (I never got a second as I planned), which comes out to about 1600 watts according to the manual

make sure to use gorilla glue when you glue the coil after it's wound.

Ok I did it and hooked it up, everything worked fine!

except I wired the coils out of phase and my car almost blew up, a hour later, and a little electrical tape, everything good as new and I'm hitting 160 db!

that's a myth, everyone knows you need jumper cables to add 6dbs
