Do I really need one?

I just bought the jbl1201.1 and it doesn't have a subsonic filter, I plan on powering an 12" Fi Q in 2.2cuft box tuned to 33hz. with it. Do i need a subsonic filter and if so where can i get a cheap one. thankz.

id run one depending on the music you listen too, the sub can bottom out of you play too far under tuning....

About the time they'll realize that very fews songs have any content below about 30hz and most of the time a subsonic filter isn't needed.
