It's been a while since I've been on here, and the exact details of my build are a bit fuzzy, but I should get them right.

Anyways, I'm running two American Bass XD 10's on a ppi BK 1300.1D wired to a 1 ohm load, I believe I'm getting around 900-1000 watts out of it because I simply didn't have the money for a beefy alt or battery. No big three yet. I have Knu KCA 4 gauge feeding the amp, and I believe 12 gauge speaker wire for the subs. The wires are connected inside the box using bolts and ring terminals, and I tightened them pretty well. My problem is that at low volumes (1-10 on my Kenwood) the subs emit a flapping, garbled noise and hardly move. At higher volumes (11-24, 24 is the highest I ever go and usually only 10ish minutes every few days) the subs sound like they're at full volume with no problems. I didn't have a phasing problem before, and this started a few days ago. I'm pretty lost but haven't taken anything apart yet

Update: It doesn't do it on all songs, but is the worst on songs with bass like Rap God.

Update #2 : Just did some readings with my meter. I'm getting 13.5-13.8 volts at the amp, but the impedance worries me. At the terminals I'm getting anywhere from .5 to .8 ohms, and it bounces around every few seconds. A couple times it shot up to 100 ohms, so possibly they're blown?
