Do I need multiple 4 channel amps?

I am running 2 sundown audio zv5 each on their own crescendo bc3500. Thats set. To keep up with the bass i was planning on running 4 sets of ampere audio 6.5 c dream series components(8 mids and 8 tweeters) (picked these because I have read countless reviews of how amazing they sound). I currently have a sundown 200.4 for the mids and highs. My question is can I run 4 sets of speakers off that one amp or do I need another one? Or should i run 8 mids and 4 tweeters. Heard if tweeters can drown out mid bass easily. I just want the mids and highs to keep up with the bass. I understand monoblock wiring but i lose my mind when it comes to 4 channel amp wiring. Sorry if a similar question has been asked. Trying to learn before buying everything.

If you can find these in your area. Id recommend these for drop ins. They play from 40Htz on up. Sound very nice on amplified power for premium...
