do I need more power?

I need your guys advice if I need more power or not. My current amp is an Alpine MRP-F250. It's rated at 40watts x 4 @ 4ohms or 50watts x 4 @ 2ohms or 100watts x 2 @ 4ohms. Right now it's bridged and powering a set of pioneer premier TS-C720PRS. However, I just ordered a set of pioneer premier TS-D702P for some rear fill. I'm planning on hooking it up to the amp. As you can see, that will have the amp sending 40watts to all the speakers. Would that be enough for the speakers that I have? The PRS is rated at 50watts rms and the 702 is rated at 60watts rms. Will I notice the 60watt difference in the PRS? Should I get another amp...maybe 75watt rms or 100 watt rms? If anyone has these speakers, please chime in. I'm looking for whatever recommendations you guys can give.

Keep the fronts bridged at 100W x 2. Power the rear speakers off the HU.

IT really comes down to if your music is still loud enough for you to appreciate at this level. The difference will actually probably be hard for you to tell except that if you notice a slight loss of volume at medium listening levels you may find yourself playing with the gain or cranking the head unit to compensate and introducing a little distortion into your system when you really turn it up. If it were me I'd find some option other than taking power away from the front stage. Right now your setup gives you ALOT of flexibility. If your front stage sounds good to you right now IMHO itd be dumb to take away from that to power speakers that really aren't that important.

I just upgraded from a 60 watt/channel four channel powering 100 watt front comps and 45 watt rear coaxes to bridging it for 140 watts to my 125 watt herz HSKs. It's not a huge difference but some songs that used to not be loud enough until the head unit was at 27 or 28 out of 35 are now fine at 23-25.
