Do I need a Pre-Amp or Amp for Infinity REF6532EX speakers?

I recently purchased the Infinity REF6532EX speakers on Amazon. I noticed the wattage is pretty high, I have not installed them yet so I'm not sure. Can I just install to replace the stock speakers? Or do I need an Amp?

I really don't know much about this stuff, thanks for any answers. :)

Yup , the dsp should have input sections, it may have one for sub? Hu to dsp. Dsp to amps, amps to speakers. Probably help you to draw this all...
