Do i Need a Compacitor?

hey guys whats up? i have a quick question. i have a 1992 toyota 4runner, and i wanna put a sub in it. I want to get a 15" Kicker l7, and a 2000-watt hifonics mono-channel amp, would i need to get a compacitor with this setup?

its cApacitor.

and no , you do not need one. look up the 'big 3' and do that since it is cheapest. if you still have dimming issues , invest in a battery/alternator.

do the big 3 with good wire. if you really need to, get a good 2nd bat.
