So right now I have the KnuKonceptz KCA 4 guage amp kit, which has a 80A fuse. I have a two part question.
First, is this fuse rating high enough to cover my current amp/setup (if that makes sense)?
Right now I have an Eclipse XA5000 5 channel amp, putting out 450w to sub and 50w to each of the front door components.
Second, is I'm in the process of changing out my setup to something with a little more power. Still undecided on a specific amp/amps, but lets say the sub will be getting 750w and the components will still be getting the same, 50w each. Will my current amp kit cover this extra power? Or will I need to maybe switch to another 4 gauge amp kit that is pure OFC with a higher fuse rating? Thanks
