Well the first thing you need to determine is how loud you want your sub? At some point your bass will take over your music, especially with speakers powered by your h/u alone. Set some goals for what you want and then you can answer your own questions //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifNo...i dont own the NFL. Seriously, do i have enough speaker power so when i add a decent amp and sub things will work fine?
not neccessarily....i've heard many systemswith h/u powered coax's and an amp/sub combo that sound very good. high powered sub=no a nice sealed 10" around 200 watts would fit in very nicely for people on a budget who just want a little bit of low end.An amp powered sub would easily overwhelm HU powered speakers, but all you have to do is turn the gain down on your sub. If you want your other speakers to get close to the same output you would need some very nice speakers and an amp to power tham as well.
yep, i had my comps running off the deck, with 2 CVR's off my PA 3000 and didn't drown out frontstage.not neccessarily....i've heard many systemswith h/u powered coax's and an amp/sub combo that sound very good. high powered sub=no a nice sealed 10" around 200 watts would fit in very nicely for people on a budget who just want a little bit of low end.
