Check it out.. just arrived this morning before I went to work. Fedex dude rang once, knocked twice, and was in the truck before I even got out. But here they are! Might not be able to install them this weekend, depending when my accessories come in, but I'll keep you guys updated.

Ah, forgot to mention Don in my post.. so yeah. He pretty much went out of way to get me this set asap, all on his on will. Meaning he didn't have to, but he did. That pretty much speaks for itself.

Well, here's a little update. Guess I got all my tools, waited like a month for the rings, otherwise they would've been in during the beginning of September.



I know, rings are small, but thats all the room my car allows. Hopefully I can drill straight, hah. Now I just gotta pick up some long screws. I'll get em in this Saturday hopefully (got school tomorrow) and I'll let you guys know how they sound.

Initial impressions are very good clarity, good midbass, and very nice reproduction. I'll into more detail in a review later, but for right now, I gotta figure out why my car won't start/the windows won't roll (everything else works).

Sorry if thisis n00bish but I've wondered...whats the clay on the outside for? Sealing purposes? Did you build out a baffle and need to seal?
