Do I fuse between both rear batteries?

Doing the wiring now, and just wondering. I have 1 deka in front and 2 in the rear. Do I have to put a fuse between both rear batteries?

if the cable is short (under like 2 feet) or you don't see anyway it could realistically short out, then no, not really. It wouldn't hurt to but its not too big of a chance to take, especially if the batteries are right next to eachother

yeah the batteries are right next to each other. 20 inches apart, and they are for the 2 rear batteries for linking them. Just ran out of terminals for now
