dnx 7120 help: radio and texting??

i moved the headunit from my old car to my new one, and now the radio only kinda works. It gets some stations, but gets a lil static depeding on where i am driving. and some stations that i should be getting, all i get is static.

also if anyone knows how to hook up your phone so i can text from it, that would be awesome. i have bluetooth hooked up, and can view my phone book, just cant figure out how to text yet.

Your local Kenwood dealer will have a list of the phones that can connect with the radio via text messaging. I have an 8120 and a Razor2. It won't show the texts on the 8120.
