Since this is a mono block but could be stereo also is there a switch that lets me change weither i want to push components with it or subs? or is it in the wiring?

It is a twin mono, not a single mono. Means two mono amps in one chassis so it runs in stereo. If you want to drive subs you bridge it. That simple.
