DLS AMPS vs. SUNDOWN AMPS

DLS AMPS vs. SUNDOWN AMPS??? I am looking into a high quilty SQ 4 channel amp. Sundown amp seems to be a lil bit pricer but the build quilty on the DLS looks amazing. Just wondering if anybody has used both amps and can chime in on the good and the bad.

Not too familiar with DLS but I looked at their site and all three types of 4ch's are rated at 13.8 vs 12v.... Plus the crossover options are crazy on the SAX-100.4.... I could be missing something but I'd rather have the sundown from what I seen.

just took a look at the website and your right they are rated at 13.8 volts,

DLS makes very nice amps. But my guess is their pricing is going to be more than a sundown amp.

I don't remember what Jacob said, but I do remember he said they got 1800rms at 1 ohm out of a SAZ-1500D.

So they are underrated, so my guess is they are rated at 12 volts.

i love people who post something without reason. straight one word answers, then answers back by saying its cuz its "swedish quality." please....give a valid reason.

anyways i'm not a firm believer than amps have "sq." actually i do but to me the differences are negligible due to the POS environment we call a car. as long as you are not buying POS amps such as pyle, ma, audiobahn, etc.. then it probably won't make too much of a difference, especially since you are asking if they are "sq" differences. there are other things to consider such as build quality, power requirements, amp size, current draw, aesthetics, configuration of the terminals of the amp and customer service all take part when considering an amp. so buy the one that has the best combo of the above, then thats your amp.
