DIYmobile audio deal or CL deal?!?!?

Hello,

I am a complete total N00bix for HT. I have never ever touched the subject however i would like to imagine it isnt 100% different from car audio. I know its more indepth and can get a lot more expensive! However I am trying to get my foot in the door with HT and saw two things that struck my attention. I would like to purchase a receiver, a quality one and i saw these two:
