Not sure if it's been posted yet but this is the setup I used

Biggest problem I ran into was the flanges not sitting flat....that seemed to happen alot for some reason

sub I am gonna make a positive mold w/fiberglass once I make the neg w/bondo

that way once the flare is made I can flatten the flange edge

what did you use for the mold?

like someone else said. the mold was just a piece of metal that was in a cone shape.. anything like that will work. ... somthing that should work could be a metal mixing bowl. like for cooking dinner.... just heat up the end up the pvc slowly until its like rubber. then press it over the round edge of the bowl and keep it there till it hardens and itll stay flared
