Distibution/Cap Question

I know that there is a simple way to solve this problem which would be to buy a cap with a distribution block built in but i already have a cap so i dont want to do that. my question is should I split the power wire at the block before or after the cap?

Why not add a cap distribution block like the Lightning Audio LL10DB?
