I am newbee to this forum.....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif I am looking to get two amps, a mono around 500 and 4 way somewhere around 300 to 400 watts. I 99% sure I am going to get two 10" JL w6 for the subs. My question is would I be a fool not to go all JL or is there something that is comparable performance wise for a little less $$$.

JL makes some nice stuff a tad over priced but still good stuff.

I went with Rockford. I really wanted to go with JL and get it all off Ebay, it was going to be around $1200 which I was willing to do but my "better half" was b!tI sounds pretty good, probably not as good as it would of been but I'm satified. i've never been a fan of rockford subs. their amps are really nice though.

If you would have read around here for a while you probably would have spent your money more wisely. You would notice alot of the members on here dont care much for mainstream brands because of their price tag. Especially if you buy new.
