i had that amp, its works solidly. it powered my IDQ sufficiently. i had the IDQ run @ 2 ohms and it made the IDQ pretty loud and with about the gain about halfway. so it should be able to run around 600 watts @ 1 ohm and usually directed does their rated power.

dynamics power you should never look at, always look at RMS rating. dynamics power is their max rating.

shouldn't you add recently purchased REFURBISHED directed amps?

Directed make awesome amps. Refurbished amps from IKES should not be considered at all when making a decision on Directed as a whole.

If you meant the opposit then ignore my post. wasn't sure what you meant because I've been reading a lot of complaints about IKES lately.
