directed 2400d help

what would be a result to run this amp @ .5ohm with 2 15" strokers dual 2ohm voice coils.

is there a way to make these amp .5 ohm daily?

evryone iv talked to, say going to 1 ohm is bad on that amp

unless your talking about the new ones i think those all go down to 1 ohm.

isnt the directed d2400 2400 watt peak and like 1000 rms or something?

The older ones are like the ones that were on sale at ikesound were 2400rms at 2 ohm and the newer ones 2400d are 1200rms at 1 ohm wouldn't suggest running it any lower.

are you talking about the older ones or the newer ones the older ones yes put out an actual 2400rms at 2 ohm at 14.4v

2400 watts is it sufficient to power 2 15" d2 strokers? older ones, dual 2 ohm. any better amps for them?
