Dimming headlights with no voltage drop?

holy crap my lawn mower batt is 350 lol.. go to advance website check price of agm for your car.. u may need bigger alt..
Supposedly I'm at a dead-end with new alternator. . If worst comes to worst I will have to run lower wattage amp which I would hate cause my subs sound beautiful on the 1200 watt amp. I feel like with less they wouldn't play like they want to play. Loud

what subs do u have?.. it's possible u could do more like 800 rms on diff subs and be just as loud

H4/9003

TRS mainly carries parts for projector retrofits. They have the harness for your car but its 9003 to 9006 for running a projector retrofit.

You can probably find a standard H4/9003 relay harness on amazon. Just make sure it has quality 12 gauge wire.

ported? for now if u have bass boosted anywhere amp or hu turn it down like off.. turn gain down just a tad (whats gain set at?) if u has sub volume on hu turned up turn it down.. see if u can get less dimming with current set up by adjusting..

Ported yes 2.0 cubic total net and tuned 35hz. I turned my gains down and it seemed to dim less often so I will turn it down a notch tomorrow and see if that helps more.

And no bass boost on amp or head unit. I don't know exactly what my gains are set at but I'm gonna use a multimeter to set them when I get a chance they are under my seats and I need to remove the whole seat to access it.. ***** but I didn't want them in my trunk

hey run rear speakers off hu that'll save u a good bit of juice on a a/b amp..
Or not run them at all. I can’t wait to rip out the 3 stock amps for the Mach 460 system and replace it with more than likely an XTR 1000.4 or maybe 1700.4 for overkill. I feel the poster on not having an HO alt for your ride mine is hard to find a decent HO for also doesn’t help that I have underdrive pullies so I need to at the very least put a smaller pulley on the stock alt to get her up to stock electrical system. But I have the benefit of have 1000CCA Optima Red top up front and will install another Agm in the back.

Yeah I might check into that option of not running the rears that's 200 rms right there saved.

Measure the voltage at the amp terminals you are probably getting more voltage drop than you think
Do you mean like where my power and ground go into the amp? While I'm running it? My bad still learning a lot here
