These components don't come with xoverse so Digital Designs suggest running them on a 4 channel using the internal xover of the amp. I have them on a st600.4 Stetsom 4 channel with mids on rear and tweeters on front. And the amp is clean as hell but xover won't work for what I want to do. So I have them xover with a pioneer premier xover but I think that the tweets are xover to high. Any suggestions on any good passive xover if you've compared any?
I've installed these in a car before and was impressed then but didn't have a lot of time to play with them. I just put them in my own car and I'm blown away. My friend with Focals in his car was even jealous. The midrange is so tight and pronounced along with a smooth tweeter. I can't believe how loud they get and still stay clean. The driver shakes my pants with it's output. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif They've played everything that I've thrown at them very well and I still have some tuning to do.
But anyone looking into a higher end component that plays rock, rap, dance, acoustic or just about anything loud and clean consider these.
