I find it hard to believe measured in the gap that the sa's are more.

And I had a 12" in 2.0 with 40" of port.

I would say the 9500. Although they can handle a lot more than 1500 (if you know what you're doing) they are also pretty efficient.

it was fine, I liked my shockers better but the atomic was nice. That was before I metered anything.
