Digital Designs CM1000 or ARC Audio 1200.1

I'm getting ready to put a system together for my truck. I've decided to go with two DD 1508's for the subwoofers. My installer sells ARC and Digital Designs. For the matter of cost he recommended the Digital Designs CM 1000. However I was curios if you guys felt it was worth the extra $200 to go with the ARC Audio 1200.1?

The specs are very similiar, but the ARC seems to be a bit better build quality.
