Digital Designs DD512 in perfect condition. They are rated at 300 watts but I have heard of people throwing 800 watts at them. It is a single 4 ohm voice coil.

Also, DD says the RMS on these is 300, not 500. 1000 sounds like a bit much.

Thanks on the RMS correction. I was mistaking something else... I have heard of people putting 800 on them no problem.

Yep 800 will do just fine for burps - the 500 RMS is for the 1500 series, with like 2000 for burps. 500 series has a 2" coil IIRC. **** good sub though.
