Difference between Bose integration harnesses, gmrc 01

hey guys, I was looking on amazon and saw 2 of these factory radio integration harnesses.

this is the 36$ one. The only limitation is see is that it is only 3amps for accessories. is that an issue?

is 50$, and isn't prime shipping, and I am trying to get this installed by Thursday/Friday.

Both harnesses have great reviews. I am going to completely replaces the whole stereo, speakers, speaker wire, amp, and headunit. I don't use onstar.

Is it fine to go with the cheaper (and faster shipping) harness? or will I run into an issues with the 3amps for accessories?

do these all do the exact same things with no differences?
