actually they sometimes used tham in tv's and stuff

on another note every tire manufacturer has to pay Goodyear 10% if they want to use round tires cause they have a pat. on them. Square tires however are ok.

A buddy of mine once had a pair of surface-mount Pioneer speaker boxes that the 'woofer' (such as it was @ 3.75" or 4" or so) in each was square.
