The entirety of everyone's comments has been interesting, and at times abusive, but that's cool. It seems that most audio dudes I run into seem to think they know more than the next, or their **** is better than everyone's. LOL WHO CARES. When you get to higher end audio, it's really subjective to me. I mean, if one brand of 12 is louder than the next, who care's? I'm not trying to explode windows, but enjoy MUSIC. OH, or did people forget about it being all wrapped up in their "setup?" A couple of you were like, "I'll put my 18 against your 12's any day." Lol. Duh. I'm sure your 18 will smoke my 12's. It's all good. btw, I got this stuff in an 02 civic. I couldn't give the l7's the box, or the space they needed. Regardless if the l7's may have been louder, I can sure tell the difference in the sq. I had a rockford punch 15 years ago, and was happy then, so I went with it. I know that many other brands may be "the trend" such as re audio, and others (audiobahn) but it seems they get bought by bigger company, then ****. I believe re audio has recently been purchased by walmart. Hmmmm. Anyway, my **** is loud, and I had only guy in kc,ks area that seems to know how to do an install. I can name 4 that ****. Again, I don't compete, and I'm happy. If I win the lotto, I would buy an suv, giant box, and a couple 18 mtx's. The dude I know that has em'.............. You can't even sit in his ride. Peace
