Nope. Voice Coils are in series and subs in parallel. Final load of 2 ohm. They have been securely wired for like for just over a year for my class ab amp. Kicker CVR's wouldn't take it at .5 ohms either.My guess is, you wired them to .5.
his amp is a strike series not the better storm series (which hasnt been made since 2004 IIRC)And here we have another uneducated responce about Lightning Audio. Storm Series amplifiers were **** nice.
Yah you can check the ohms with your dmm. Better than risking another amp incase the sub did some how get damaged.I have not. I just went straight with a paypal dispute. Should I just ohm my wires with the dmm before I hook my old amp back up?
