Well I went out in the night and rain and checked it out some more. Undid both subs and checked fuses. Fuses are unblown. With ZERO speakers hooked up the amp still goes into protect...

bad sign then. Is it still in protect if you unhook the rca?

It must be the amps. With nothing hooked up except power the one is still in protect. Hooked my old amp back up and I'm bumpin again with 2 volt drops at idle.. This amp should be putting roughly the same amount of power as the Strike yet is twice as loud as well. Amps were junk!
