I will let them go thru with the install only cuz i left a substantial deposit for material and to just pay down on the bill, but this will definately be the last time 4 sure that i deal with them. I know times are tough 4 everyone but I think that if you are a returning customer who has already spent a load of cash with you even though it was 5 years ago, you should be willing to look out a bit on what it is they are trying to get done. At least thats how other shops I have dealt with in the past have been. They honestly do good work and they back up everything they as long as you buy from them and it doesnt matter how long its been since the work has been done. That part about them I like cuz not too many other shops will still fix a problem years after the work was originally done for free. But they are trying to charge me for every little thing. A little power wire a little speaker wire, i mean cmon here i know there are extra pieces of wire laying the shop that you wouldnt use anyway so why charge for it with a returning customer? I dont know but i will let you guys know how it turns out, the car goes in on the 11th. thanks again for the advice and comments.
