diamond ?

i know the wiring is different but which one is better to buy...im thinking the 4 ohm is better cause i think on every onliine site where they state the stats of the amp of like a 2 channel amp bridge its at 4 ohms....right? or am i wrong ?

right, with 2 d4's bridged into 2 channels you will be running 4 ohm mono, pulling the full power from your amp most likely. if you have a single channel, mono amp you would want the d2's.

scratch that, you said one sub. If you are running one subwoofer into a single channel you would want the D2 so you could wire it in at 4 ohm mono......mono because your hooking up two voice coils to one channel. And also a single subwoofer with dual 2 ohm coils will run 1 ohm for a mono amp. So either way you would want d2 for a single sub application.
