Diamond D3.2 subwoofer box and amp help needed

my brother just bout himself two of the 2008 model diamond d3.2 dual 4ohm subs. what box and amp should i use for him.? i also have the same subs sitting in my closet but they are in a kicker cvr box. and i know there is a way better box for em than that thing. he is wanting the most spl he can get. so is there a real good box for the d3's to slam in? and what would be the best amp for em???
