Diamond Audio S500A Tweeters

Was looking at buying for my front stage was wondering if i should get the aluminum tweeters or the silk? I have 75rms x 4 @ohms and not sure if they can handle it but could bridge channels to around 200rms...

The components are 4 ohm when i said tweeters i just meant the ones with that come with the whole component setup... the store im buying them from wants to know if i want the silk or aluminum tweeters...

Get the ones with silk tweeters. Unless your ears can handle the aluminum. The silk are much smoother IMO and sound better.

Well i have found a pair of DA D651A silk Components for $150 shipped which handle 80rms im pushing 75rms... or is it worth it to spend the $190 for the DA S500A They are 150rms ...will they be underpowered??

Online car stereo has the diamond audio s500s, silk tweeters for $189. It would be worth the extra $. Even underpowered they'll still sound great. I recommend amping them though down the road.

I have a four channel that puts out 72x4 4 ohms or 220rmsx2 bridged 4 ohms. anyway I can use my four channel for just the front stage?

ALSO my ears can handle the aluminum but is there any advantages the aluminum will have over the silk?? prob going with silk just wondering....

I've got the s600s set (silk). Nice smooth sound. I personally have found that aluminum tweets are to harsh from me. I'd go (did go) silk.
