Diamond Audio D9 Power?

I just got back from NYC and bought a 12" D9. I never got any manual or any paperwork off any kind. but, i did pay a very reasonable $150. Needless to say I am pumped and can't wait to get this in my car. I just need to know how much power do these really need to make them pound, and i am going to build a box and would like to know dimensions if anyone has them... Any D9 owners out there please help me out!

depending on the sound you want these things can be low end monsters while still sounding quite fantastic

just finished an install with one 12" D9 in a 2.2ft3 enclosure tuned to 28hz and the customer cannont get enough of it and it impressed me during testing

currently feeding it only 800w but ive used as much as 1500w on one daily (sealed)

Yeah I have heard nothing but good things about this sub. I just looked at some specs and it is 800w rms... any suggestions on an amp. I'm not looking to go crazy expensive, but a decent amp would be nice.

dual 4 ohms... I was looking at a ma audio or possibly a power acoustic amp... they both put out 800w rms at 2 ohms... any opinion on these brands?

I feed mine with an eD 9.1 which is around 1200 + watts,still pounding

for over a year now

i run mine with a kicker zx 1000.1 1200rms @2OHMS
