Diamond Audio D6 VS. Alpine Type-R

Im confused on what 2 subs i should get. Im looking for more sound quality like JL then loudness. Ive heard good things about the Type-R but everyone in america has one. I want to be different and found info about the D6. Ive heard it has excellent sound quality but its not as loud. The thing is that getting the D6's will cost $100 more. Is it worth it? My third option is getting (2) Pioneer Premier TS-W3004SPL subs and ive heard they are loud as sh*t but dont kno much about sound quality. I will be planning on having a ported box tuned down to 35hz and running them off a Hifonics TX1505D or BX1605D amp.

yea if i had $600 to spend. I can get 2 type-r's foe 230 or 2 d6's for $330

its hard to beat ported type r's for the money, but i'd go with the d6 (although i've never heard one) i hear good things... i like the sound of the alumapro alchemy myself, never heard one ported though
