a few clamps to hold the top while the glue dries, along with several brad nails.
and i am glad to say there is not a single screw going in this box to hold it together.
good cuts + plenty of glue + brad nails = good solid joint.
terminal cup cut-out and temp mounted.
then came the big azz hole.
now back to the bracing mentioned earlier. they run through the botton and through the first layer of the double baffle. we did this for looks mainly.

now it is time to sand/round over the edges. also pictured are the pair of holes for the massive 6" ports.
all smooth and round (still needs a bit of touch up sanding but it was late so we didnt worry about it that much)
