usually for a daily loud car you can't go wrong with 10sq per 1cube

So for two 15 L7's in 10 cuft @ 35 hz, 100 sqin of port? I thought more, don't know why or anything but that's why I asked.

port area shouldn't have as much to do with box volume as the driver's you're using. for most 12" driver's i think 25 sq in of port is considered safe. also remember that rounded edges (aeroports) will lower air speed, but changing the dimensions of the port will increase air speed (skinny ports = bad). you can try downloading winisd, and it will calculate port air velocity for your specific driver/box/port.

i don't know what equation this site uses, but it thinks you need close to 150 sq in of port:
