Designing the box for my Q

I have a 12" Fi Q and would like to port it at 32hz. I want to make it as loud as possible by knowing the best positioning of the sub and port. I have a mid to large sized 4 door trunk car. The rear seats do not fold down, and there is a 8" factory sub in the rear deck that I will be taking out. I've heard that having the sub face towards the trunk and port facing the drivers side wall has good results. Does anyone have any input on boxes in these types of cars? Here is mine:

i would assume in a car with a trunk, that both the sub and port face the rear of the car. but if you had a truck or hatchback, you can do sub facing up, and port facing the rear. thats how my box is going to be built.

Thanks for your input. Do you think sub and port back would be the loudest?
I would assume so, most of the installs i see on this site, cars with trunk have it setup that way. And if your seat folds down, that even better. This is just my opinion.

Also the bass will bounce off the rear and into the cab.
