designing box for a friend...

my friend wants me to build him a sealed box for his single cab truck for a 12" W3v2. here is the specs i have right now but my question is will the box be deep enough for the sub (mounting depth is 6.75") top depth 7.5", bottom depth 10.5", width 26.5", length 13.5". it is 1.30 cuft how does this look to yall?
