The best deep cycle batteries are Optima batteries. You can probably pick one up at you local auto parts store, or they might be able to order one for you. I dont know if you have any Autozone's or even a Sears department store auto department, they should carry them there.

i would never get inot optima again. i have the biggest ac delco's on the market and they are treating me good. i have three of them in my boat. one isolated for the boat, and two for the system. i can run those two auxillaries for three or four hours straight with about 2000 watts (realistically) being drawn from them the whole time. when i want to go, i can still start the boat off those two that have been powering the system the whole time.
