Deep 10" Speaker Grille

Needs to be able to cover 11" diameter and give 1.5" of room for woofer, so it needs to fit over that. Any ideas?

Partsexpress has the speaker grille "bars" for long throw subs. They are like 5-6 metal bars over the sub so it won't protect the sub like a full cover grille.
