perfect box for those. they should be fairly impressive for 8's, in that box. i had 2 in the same space, but tuned to 35.

The fuses are there in place of the jumpers used by other companies to allow you to wire the coils in series or parallel with only a single set of terminals. Likely not really meant as any type of protection only meant to reduce tooling costs and simplify parts procurement.

Those look like nice subs, price is good also. I will remember these if I do another build in the future.
